Group Sales information
Eligibility
We strive to accommodate most clubs, teams and organizations. Our group sales program is designed to accommodate large volume orders with discount pricing and branding services. We reserve the right to refuse customers for brand concerns.
Accepted payment methods
The preferred method of payment is Wire Transfer. We also accept Visa or Mastercard payments for orders up to $5,000 in value. Please note that all Corporate Purchases require 100% payment before delivery. We do not accept AMEX.
Sales tax
NWT3K is required to collect sales tax for all orders in the U.S.
Minimum order quantities
Our team jackets program is intended for bulk, uniform orders to outfit your team, club or company. We require minimum order quantities of 10 units per jacket design.
Order turnaround time
Order turnaround time is dependent on order size and the time of year. Normal turnaround time is between 2-6 weeks and rush shipping is available.
Shipping & delivery
Our standard shipping method is Fedex Ground. Rush shipping is available for an additional charge. Shipping charges will be calculated and applied to your order invoice. If you already have a corporate shipping account through Fedex, we can ship directly through your account.
Return & warranty policy
All orders placed through our group sales program are final sale. We’ll work with you to ensure your jackets meet your needs, however there will be no opportunity for returns or exchange. If manufacturing defects do occur, jackets will still be covered under our 180-day manufacturer guarantee.
Branding services (screen printing)
We do offer branding services in the form of screen printing. It will be necessary for you to provide us with a vector version of your artwork (.ai or .eps files) for screen printing services.
We require a setup fee of $40 for one location, i.e. 1 screen, or $60 for two. Screen printing is limited to 2 total colors per screen. Charges will be applied to your total order invoice.
Do I receive a discount for my group order?
Our team jackets program is designed to accommodate larger orders by offering graduated discounts off the retail price of our jackets. Discounts start at 10% off and increase based on the size of your order. Please request a jacket quote on our club and team jackets page to learn more about pricing.
Can you provide jacket samples?
NWT3K may provide samples upon request. Sample items require payment by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) in advance, which will be fully refunded upon return. Samples must be returned unused within 25 days of receiving them for a refund.
How can I determine which size will fit me best?
All sizing information can be found on our jacket sizing page. Naturally, our team will work directly with you to insure you’re ordering the correct size before manufacturing begins. Jackets purchased through our group sales program are final sale – there will be no opportunity for returns or exchanges.
