Our privacy policy revolves around respecting our customers – we will not sell or give out your personal information to any source, at any time.

By either signing up for our updates or registering to place an order for a Northwest Tech product, you are consenting to receive the occasional email newsletter regarding new features, exclusive discounts, or product quality improvements.

Your personal information will only be used in one the following ways:

- To process a payment on our partner’s secure server. (See Stripel to read more about our payment process.)

- To send exclusive Northwest Tech email updates

- To improve our products and website service for our customers

Terms of Use

These general conditions are applicable to:

(i) the purchase of Northwest Tech (NWT3K) branded products on the corporate website –, and

(ii) the use of any information, documents, graphics, movies, features, music and/or other services on the Websites.

Order Contract

You need an e-mail address to place an order.

Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an order confirmation from Northwest Technical Outerwear, LLC. You are bound by your order once you have clicked the “checkout” button at the end of the ordering process. By clicking the “checkout” button, you send your customized order to us as it is displayed on your final checkout screen.

This action validates your purchase agreement, and confirmed order details will be sent to your e-mail address. We highly suggest that you save a copy of your customized order details for future reference.

We reserve the right to not accept your order for any reason, or to cancel the purchase agreement - even after your automated order confirmation has been sent. The following situations will exempt us from liability or costs/damages resulting from order rejection/cancellation:

-the product materials are not available / in stock (any payments will be refunded);

-your order is flagged by Stripe as an unusual order or an order susceptible to fraud;

-there was an error in the price quote;

- Northwest Tech cannot deliver to the address provided.


When you send us your order, our payment service (Stripe) may run some checks on it before it is fulfilled. These checks may include, without limitation, validating your name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the ordering process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. More information on this process can be found at

Stripe provides a convenient, safe way for our customers to purchase our products securely. This can be done with a verified debit or credit card. We do not accept any other method of payment. Please do not try to pay by any other way than specified. If you do, we will not be liable for loss of the payment or any other damages that may result from this action.

Price Changes

The product prices displayed on the Websites may be subject to change. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Customer Concession Regarding Customization

You acknowledge that you have no intellectual property rights in the design process of your customized products. All intellectual property rights that would apply to this product customization process shall vest in Northwest Technical Outerwear. All designs, as created and submitted, are the intellectual property of Northwest Tech and can be used in ways, including but not limited to, reproduction and distribution, digitization, public display use, modification, copy, and licensing these rights as we see fit.

You understand and agree that you shall have no claim against Northwest Technical Outerwear, or any other party, in the event a design or personalization similar or identical to yours is designed, produced, or worn.


We submit orders to our manufacturer on a weekly basis. Upon the manufacturer receiving your order, it will generally take approximately 2-3 weeks to produce your custom designed Northwest Tech product(s). This approximation will be increased significantly if we receive a high volume of orders in a short period of time, or if your particular materials are out of stock. We will ship your order according to your shipping preference. We do strive to have our customers receive their custom products within approximately 3 weeks.


We have made every effort to display the colors of our materials that appear both in the Northwest Tech custom product builder and representative photos as accurately as possible. As the actual colors you see depend on the brand and model of your computer monitor or mobile device, however, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or device's display of any color will be 100% accurate. Northwest Tech cannot be held liable for these minute color differences.



Please see our 100% Satisfaction policy. We encourage you to get in touch with us if any manufacturing flaw should appear, so that we may repair the product at no cost to you.

You are entitled to return products delivered to you in the event that they are defective or otherwise not in conformity with your order when you received them. You can also do so within 180 days after you notice the defect. This does not affect your statutory rights. In the event your claim is justified, the purchase price and the shipping costs will be refunded.

In the event you return goods because they are defective or otherwise not in conformity with your order, we will pay for the ship-to and return-shipping costs.


It Covers

Outside of our 100% satisfaction warranty we offer a 180-day manufacturer warranty on all custom outerwear. This covers hardware defect failures, including zippers, draw cords, and any type of stitching failure (velcro, pockets, seams, etc.) If you take good care of your outerwear and it breaks within 180 days, contact us and we’ll fix it for free.

It Doesn't Cover

Our warranty cannot cover normal wear and tear, which includes punctures from ski & snowboard edges, bike crashes trees, rails, chair lifts, washing defects, lighter burns, beer stains, etc... We build our products to last a lifetime, but we can’t be held accountable for basic weathering and abrasion.

Plain and simple, if you take care of your product and it breaks within 180 days, send it back to us and we'll fix it for free.

Material Availability

Fulfillment of all orders on the Websites is subject to material availability. We try to ensure that all featured options offered for sale are in stock. However we reserve the right not to accept any orders or to cancel confirmed orders that include materials that are out of stock. In such event we will inform you by e-mail and any payments will be refunded.

Cookies and Advertising

As you browse and other websites, online ad networks we work with may place anonymous cookies on your computer, and use similar technologies, in order to understand your interests based on your (anonymous) online activities, and thus to tailor more relevant ads to you. If you do not wish to receive such tailored advertising, you can visit this page to opt out of most companies that engage in such advertising. (This will not prevent you from seeing ads; the ads simply will not be delivered through these targeting methods.)
