Outside of our 100% satisfaction warranty we offer a 180-day manufacturer warranty on all custom products. This covers hardware defect failures, including zippers, draw cords, and any type of stitching failure (velcro, pockets, seams, etc.) If you take good care of your product and it breaks within 180 days, contact us and we’ll fix it for free.
It Doesn't Cover
Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, which includes punctures from ski & snowboard edges, bike crashes, trees, rails, chair lifts, washing defects, lighter burns, beer stains, etc... We build our products to last a lifetime, but we can’t be held accountable for basic weathering and abrasion.
Plain and simple, if you take care of your product and it breaks within 180 days, send it back to us and we'll fix it for free.
Custom products cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstance outside of our warranty. We encourage you to get in touch with us if any manufacturing flaw should appear, so that we may repair the product at no cost to you.
