Our team’s goal is to leave you 100% satisfied with your decision to purchase Northwest Tech Products – especially if you are unhappy after your shipment is opened.
If you are not in love with the fit, style, or manufacturing of your individual custom order within 7 days, we will issue a full refund for any new & *unworn products. If you are beyond 7 days and experience any issues with your gear, please see our 180-day manufacturer warranty on all custom products.
Please note that this does not include your choice of color on your jacket / pants / jerseys / shorts and does not include team, club or company group orders for both snow and bike products or any orders that were custom branded with your logo, name etc.
Return Policy
Custom Northwest Tech items sold through NWT3K.com are covered by our 100% satisfaction risk-free return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your new and unused item(s) within 7-days after receiving your order we will either 1. Exchange the item and make you a new item OR 2. Return it and issue you a refund for that item.
Please note that team, club or company group orders for both snow and bike products are not covered under our 100% satisfaction guarantee or any orders that were custom branded with your logo, name etc. Our 100% Guarantee only covers individual orders.
*All items must be returned in original condition, including manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.
